I find peace, clarity and calm in nature. I have training in life coaching and nature-based coaching, deathcare, permaculture design, herbalism, and almost two decades of experience raising complex kids. Since 2015 I’ve been on an adventure of homeschooling and embracing self-directed learning alongside my two children in lieu of traditional classrooms and schedules. This blog is an invitation to join me in exploring a variety of interests – ranging from ways to care for ourselves, our partners, our kids and our communities, to home-learning, to nature-connection, to health-centered DIY projects. Here we will notice the way we feel when we commit to certain daily habits, as well as notice the plants and animals living around us, sit in the warmth of a fire, and reflect on who and what matters most to us, our shared world, and the generations who will follow us.
