I find peace, clarity and calm in nature. I have training in nature-coaching, permaculture design, herbalism, and over a decade of experience in raising kids with sensitive tummies. Since 2015 I’ve been on an adventure of homeschooling and embracing self-directed learning alongside my two children in lieu of traditional classrooms and schedules.
This blog is an invitation to join me in exploring a variety of interests – including home-learning, homesteading, DIY projects, and ways to care for ourselves, our partners, our kids and our communities. Here we will do things like walk through slippery creeks, develop our relationship between the way we feel and the food we eat, notice the plants and animals living around us, sit in the warmth of a fire, and just reflect on who and what matters most to us, our shared world, and the generations who will follow us.
